UK delivery

Postage rates are calculated automatically from the weight of the parcel and the rates that apply to the destination address, this is shown on the order form automatically as items are added. The advantage of this is we only charge the actual costs applicable to each individual order and so it keeps the carriage costs as low as possible.

Quick Despatch

We know how annoying it can be to have to wait 28 days for your order. Therefore we will keep you informed of any delays if we're not able to post your order straight away.

Overseas delivery

VAT –value added tax

VAT is not applicable to children's sizes, but is added to all adult sizes. Orders from the UK and the EU (European Union) are liable to VAT as applicable. Orders from overseas and from outside the EU are not liable to VAT and the prices of such orders will exclude VAT. The savings on VAT will often cover the extra postage costs.

Returns

Because we want you to be happy with your purchase, we operate a full, no quibble returns policy. If, when you receive your order, you don't like the design or colour, maybe the size is not quite right, then we will gladly exchange or refund for any reason, just return the item unworn to us within 30 days of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.
